Terms of Use

Effective date: 6 November 2026

These terms apply to the SR Farms app, run by Sudha Rani Farms. By tapping I agree or using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

• The app is for authorised people aged 18 or over. The owner creates each account.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let others use your login.
• Keep a screen lock on your phone. Tell the owner at once if your phone is lost or your login may be misused.
• Change the temporary password the owner gives you.

Using the app

• Enter records honestly and on time, including the daily mortality report.
• Only the owner can correct or remove a saved record. If you make a mistake, tell the owner.
• Each record shows who saved it. False records may lead to loss of access, and to action under your agreement with Sudha Rani Farms.
• Photograph only the birds, not people.
• Do not try to get around access limits, see data you are not assigned, copy the app or disturb its service.

Figures and guidance

• Results, costs, FCR and settlements are worked out from the entries made and the terms set by the owner. Check them before relying on them. The written or signed agreement with the owner prevails over any figure in the app.
• Market rates, and vaccine and care guidance are for information only and may be wrong or out of date. Follow your vet and hatchery on bird health.
• The app does not take or send payments. It only records them.

Availability

The app works offline and uploads later, but records are not safe in the cloud until uploaded. We may change, pause or end the app, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Ownership

The app, its name and its logo belong to Sudha Rani Farms. Business records belong to Sudha Rani Farms, and your personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Open-source parts are listed under Licences in the app.

Ending access

The owner may change or end your access at any time. You may stop using the app and ask for your account to be deleted. Any money owed under other agreements is not affected.

Liability

The app is provided as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, Sudha Rani Farms is not responsible for indirect losses, bird losses, or losses caused by wrong entries, lost phones, network faults or relying on the guidance in the app. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed with the owner, and then go to the courts with jurisdiction where Sudha Rani Farms has its main place of business.

• మీ ఖాతా వ్యక్తిగతం. మీ పాస్‌వర్డ్ పంచుకోవద్దు, మీ లాగిన్ ఇతరులకు ఇవ్వవద్దు.
• మీ ఫోన్‌కు స్క్రీన్ లాక్ ఉంచండి. ఫోన్ పోయినా లేదా లాగిన్ దుర్వినియోగం కావచ్చని అనిపించినా వెంటనే యజమానికి చెప్పండి.
• యజమాని ఇచ్చిన తాత్కాలిక పాస్‌వర్డ్‌ను మార్చండి.

యాప్ వాడకం

• రోజువారీ మరణాల నివేదికతో సహా రికార్డులను నిజాయితీగా, సమయానికి నమోదు చేయండి.
• సేవ్ చేసిన రికార్డును యజమాని మాత్రమే సరిచేయగలరు లేదా తొలగించగలరు. పొరపాటు జరిగితే యజమానికి చెప్పండి.
• ప్రతి రికార్డు ఎవరు సేవ్ చేశారో చూపుతుంది. తప్పుడు రికార్డులు అనుమతి కోల్పోవడానికి, Sudha Rani Farms తో మీ ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం చర్యకు దారితీయవచ్చు.
• కోళ్లను మాత్రమే ఫోటో తీయండి, మనుషులను కాదు.
• అనుమతి పరిమితులను దాటడానికి, మీకు కేటాయించని డేటా చూడటానికి, యాప్‌ను కాపీ చేయడానికి లేదా సేవను అడ్డుకోవడానికి ప్రయత్నించవద్దు.

లెక్కలు మరియు సూచనలు

• ఫలితాలు, ఖర్చులు, FCR మరియు సెటిల్‌మెంట్లు నమోదులు మరియు యజమాని నిర్ణయించిన షరతుల ఆధారంగా లెక్కించబడతాయి. నమ్మే ముందు సరిచూసుకోండి. యాప్‌లోని లెక్కల కంటే యజమానితో రాతపూర్వక లేదా సంతకం చేసిన ఒప్పందమే చెల్లుతుంది.
• మార్కెట్ ధరలు, టీకా మరియు సంరక్షణ సూచనలు సమాచారం కోసం మాత్రమే. అవి తప్పుగా లేదా పాతవిగా ఉండవచ్చు. కోళ్ల ఆరోగ్యం విషయంలో మీ పశువైద్యుడు మరియు హేచరీ సలహా పాటించండి.
• యాప్ చెల్లింపులు తీసుకోదు, పంపదు. వాటిని నమోదు మాత్రమే చేస్తుంది.

అందుబాటు

యాప్ ఇంటర్నెట్ లేకుండా పనిచేసి తర్వాత అప్‌లోడ్ చేస్తుంది. అప్‌లోడ్ అయ్యే వరకు రికార్డులు క్లౌడ్‌లో సురక్షితం కావు. మేము యాప్‌ను మార్చవచ్చు, నిలిపివేయవచ్చు లేదా ముగించవచ్చు. కొన్నిసార్లు ఇది అందుబాటులో ఉండకపోవచ్చు.

యాజమాన్యం

యాప్, దాని పేరు మరియు లోగో Sudha Rani Farms కు చెందినవి. వ్యాపార రికార్డులు Sudha Rani Farms కు చెందినవి. మీ వ్యక్తిగత డేటా గోప్యతా విధానం ప్రకారం నిర్వహించబడుతుంది. ఓపెన్ సోర్స్ భాగాలు యాప్‌లోని లైసెన్సులు విభాగంలో ఉన్నాయి.

అనుమతి ముగింపు

యజమాని ఎప్పుడైనా మీ అనుమతిని మార్చవచ్చు లేదా ముగించవచ్చు. మీరు యాప్ వాడటం ఆపి ఖాతా తొలగించమని అడగవచ్చు. ఇతర ఒప్పందాల ప్రకారం చెల్లించాల్సిన డబ్బుపై దీని ప్రభావం ఉండదు.

బాధ్యత

యాప్ ఉన్నది ఉన్నట్లుగా, ఎటువంటి హామీ లేకుండా అందించబడుతుంది. చట్టం అనుమతించినంత వరకు, పరోక్ష నష్టాలు, కోళ్ల నష్టాలు, తప్పు నమోదులు, ఫోన్ పోవడం, నెట్‌వర్క్ లోపాలు లేదా యాప్‌లోని సూచనలపై ఆధారపడటం వల్ల కలిగే నష్టాలకు Sudha Rani Farms బాధ్యత వహించదు. చట్టం ప్రకారం తొలగించలేని హక్కులపై దీని ప్రభావం ఉండదు.

మార్పులు మరియు చట్టం

మేము ఈ నిబంధనలను మార్చవచ్చు, మార్పులను యాప్‌లో చూపిస్తాము. ఈ నిబంధనలకు భారతదేశ చట్టాలు వర్తిస్తాయి. వివాదాలను ముందుగా యజమానితో చర్చించాలి. తర్వాత Sudha Rani Farms ప్రధాన వ్యాపార స్థలంపై అధికార పరిధి గల న్యాయస్థానాలకు వెళ్తాయి.
