Privacy Policy

Sudha Rani Farms runs the SR Farms app to manage its broiler farms, feed mill and chick sales. The app is for people who work with us. Accounts are created by the owner, and the app is not meant for anyone under 18.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number and role, added by the owner. The owner's email address.
• Your password. Google Firebase keeps it for login, and your phone keeps a scrambled (hashed) copy so the app can check it offline. If you turn on fingerprint login, your phone also keeps it encrypted, and deletes it when you turn fingerprint login off.
• Farm records entered by you or your team: birds, feed, mortality, weak birds, weights, temperature, deliveries, liftings, costs and payments, with who saved each record and when.
• Mortality photos taken in the app with the camera: the report photo and a second photo with the birds laid apart. Each records who took it, when, and the phone's location at that moment, and the date, time and location are printed on the photo. Please photograph only the birds, not people.
• The owner's medicine and vaccine plan for each batch, and who marked each item done and when.
• Details of farmers, traders, dealers, feed customers and chick buyers: names, phone numbers, villages and what they owe or have paid. These people may not use the app themselves.
• Farm locations, saved when someone tags a farm.
• Supervisor check-ins: when a supervisor taps Check in at a farm, the location at that moment, its accuracy, the time and the distance from the farm.
• Lifting orders from traders: farm, birds, date, vehicle number, driver name and driver phone, plus bills and payments between the trader and us.
• A notification code for your phone, used to send you order alerts.
• Crash reports: device type, app version and technical details of the fault.
• Usage counts, such as how often a type of entry is saved, linked to a random app ID and device details. They contain no names, phone numbers or farm figures.

What we do not collect

• Contacts, phone calls, call logs, SMS messages, the microphone, your files or your photo gallery. The app does not ask for these permissions.
• Location in the background. The app reads your location only at the moment you take a mortality photo, tap Check in, tag a farm or plan a route, and never tracks your movements.
• Your fingerprint. Your phone checks it, and the app never receives or stores it.
• Advertising. The app shows no ads and does not use the advertising ID.

Permissions and consent

You agree to this policy when you first log in, and again if it changes significantly. Each Android permission is asked for separately, only when you first use the feature that needs it, after the app explains why. You can say no, and only that feature stops working.

• Location: to record where mortality photos are taken, check in at a farm (supervisors), tag a farm or plan a route. Mortality reports can't be filed without it.
• Camera: to take mortality photos in the app.
• Notifications: for the 5 PM reminder and order alerts.
• Fingerprint, if you turn it on: to log in without typing your password.

You can see and change these at any time in More, Permissions, or in your phone's settings. Turning a permission off does not delete what was already saved.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, run the farms, calculate results and settlements, keep a record of who did what, send reminders, keep the app secure and fix faults. We rely on your consent, given when you first log in and when you allow each permission, and on what is needed to run the business and meet legal duties. We use your data only for these purposes.

Who can see it

• The owner can see everything.
• Integrators, supervisors and farmers can see only their assigned farms and no money records.
• Supervisors can also see the feed mill, without prices.
• Traders can see only what the owner publishes for their assigned farms: the farm's name, village and map location, the birds available for lifting and their average weight. They also see their own orders and account. They cannot see farmer details or any farm records.
• Orders are seen only by the owner and the trader who placed them. Farmers, integrators and supervisors do not see orders or traders, and traders do not see them.
• A supervisor's check-ins can be seen by the owner and by staff assigned to that farm.

Other services we use

• Google Firebase stores data and handles login, crash reports and usage counts. Farm data is stored in Mumbai, India. Some services may process data in other countries.
• Google Maps receives the farm positions you choose when you open a route, under Google's own policy.
• Cloudflare runs the small service that sends order alerts to the owner and traders. It handles the order's farm name, birds and date and the notification code, and it saves only a record that an alert was sent. Google Firebase delivers the alert to your phone.

We do not sell your data. We may share it if the law requires it, or with our accountant or advisers for the business.

How long we keep it

• Mortality photos are removed 120 days after their batch closes. The report itself, with its count, date and who filed it, is kept as a farm record.
• Supervisor check-ins are removed after 1 year.
• Farm, feed, sales and payment records are kept for up to 8 years after the end of the financial year they belong to, because tax law and disputes may require them.
• When a person's account is deleted, their login and contact details are removed. Their name stays on business records they saved, so that those records remain accurate.
• Backup files are kept by the owner and replaced over time.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your personal data, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent, name someone to act for you if you die or cannot act, and make a complaint. Withdrawing consent or deleting your account ends your use of the app.

To delete your account, use More, then Delete my account in the app, visit https://app.sudharanifarms.com/delete-account, or write to sudharanifarm@gmail.com. We aim to act on requests within 30 days. Some business records must be kept, as described above.

If we do not resolve a complaint, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited by role and checked on the server. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. Please keep a screen lock on your phone, and tell the owner at once if it is lost.

Changes

We will show changes to this policy in the app and on our website, and ask you to agree again if they are significant.

భద్రత

డేటా ప్రసారంలో ఎన్‌క్రిప్ట్ అవుతుంది. పాత్ర ఆధారంగా అనుమతి పరిమితం, సర్వర్‌లో తనిఖీ అవుతుంది. ఏ వ్యవస్థా పూర్తిగా సురక్షితం కాదు. భద్రతా ఉల్లంఘన మీ డేటాను ప్రభావితం చేస్తే, చట్టం ప్రకారం మీకు మరియు అధికారులకు తెలియజేస్తాము. దయచేసి మీ ఫోన్‌కు స్క్రీన్ లాక్ ఉంచండి, ఫోన్ పోతే వెంటనే యజమానికి చెప్పండి.
