Delete your SR Farms account
This page explains how to delete your account in the SR Farms app, run by Sudha Rani Farms.
How to ask
- In the app: open More, then tap Delete my account, and confirm.
- By email: write to sudharanifarm@gmail.com from any address. Include your name and the mobile number you log in with, and use the subject Delete my SR Farms account. We may contact you on that number to confirm it is you.
We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login.
- Your mobile number and your place on the staff list.
What is kept, and for how long
- Farm, feed, sales and payment records, including mortality photos, are kept for up to 8 years after the end of the financial year they belong to, because tax law and disputes may require them. Your name stays on records you saved, so that they remain accurate.
- Backup files held by the owner are replaced over time.
People who do not use the app
Farmers, traders, dealers and buyers whose details are held by us can write to sudharanifarm@gmail.com to see, correct or delete them. Records needed by law are kept as described above.
